Chef Michael Beltran and his team at Ariete Hospitality Group have added a seventh concept to their roster of bars and restaurants. Brasserie Laurel is now open on the ground floor of Miami Worldcenter’s Caoba residential tower in Downtown.

Led by Executive Chef Ashley Moncada, the menu includes escargotsfrog legsbeef Wellingtoncrêpes Suzette, and lots of reds from Bordeaux.
